| Contents | - Vision, mission and strategic direction - The types of planning within an enterprise - Retroactive and participative control, budgetary control - Characteristics of variance analysis and reporting - Budgeting logic, trends and techniques - How to recognize general and sectoral budgets - Application of techniques to the planning and control process in a concrete situation |

| Structure |
The course includes two teaching modules comprising the following training units:

| Target | - Secondary school pupils, learners holding a secondary school diploma or university degree - Entrepreneurs, executives and employees of small and mediumsized enterprises - People recently assigned to management and budget control - Staff entrusted with the management of their department’s budget |
