Title   Simulware Webstore®
Objectives   To provide learners with first-hand experience – within a protected environment – of the effect of adopting various strategies and behaviours pertaining to e-business, with immediate and pragmatic feedback.
Learning goals   At the end of the course, learners will be able to:
- Test their e-commerce strategies in a given B2C scenario
Contents   Business games of this kind can be considered as controlled training environments in which learners can practice the management of complex situations (in this case, the Internet market) with no space, time or budget restraints and with no fear of mistakes: any negative consequences are only reflected in “virtual” losses.
Structure  

The course includes one training unit only – the eCommerce simulator – which comprises a number of levers (modifiable parameters) and output windows in which to check one’s performance on the basis of “real-time” graphs and charts.

Target   Managers to be trained through decision-making support systems and complex environment simulators.
Duration   There is no limit on how many times a simulator can be “played”
