Title   Becoming e-Tutors
Objectives   To provide learners with the skills needed to carry out tutoring activities and manage on-line training sessions.

Structure  

The course includes twenty-eight training units of the kind ‘lesson with practice slides’.
The training units are devised following a modular logic: the programme should be set up according to specific training needs.
Inside the course, three different profiles can be identified:
- The “Personal Trainer”, who privileges the one-to one approach
- The “Community Manager”, who animates elearning communities
- The “Classroom Tutor”, who supports programmes that link classroom and online activities


Our suggested aggregations of the modules is the following:
Introduction - comprising five training units: lesson with practice slides
Personal trainer - comprising eight training units: lesson with practice slides
Community manager - comprising twelve training units: lesson with practice slides
Classroom tutor - comprising three training units: lesson with practice slides
