Objectives		To provide learners with the knowledge and instruments needed to correctly implement the provisions set by the Privacy Consolidating Act (Legislative Decree No. 196/2003)
Learning goals		At the end of the course, learners will be able to: - Describe the innovations and simplifications of recent data protection legislation, identifying subjects and responsibilities - Correctly implement minimum safety measures - Spread the culture of data confidentiality within the company
