Simulware’s core business is in the development of highly interactive e-learning solutions and courses, adopting a dynamic approach against the current static trend of the market. To that end, a primary role among the key elements of Simulware’s competitive advantage is played by the ability to plan the training activity in line with the objectives of e-learning (the instructional designer’s role) and by the development of solutions on Adobe® Flash® Platform®. To reach this objective, we have committed ourselves to the development of proprietary software improving the quality of products and simplifying the work that our customers need to carry out to revise contents, such as the Remote Bug Destroyer®, the supply of a visual vocabulary, and formats for planning new concepts.

Simulations

The very name of the company reflects one of the most effective e-learning techniques and methods: simulations. Simulations re-create an experience similar to reality and allow workers to learn by discovery, to test various strategies in a practical way, and to exchange knowledge with others.
Depending on the objective of the simulation, users will take on various roles: they may learn how to use a new software application, become the protagonists of a story which is told on the basis of their decisions, engage in a dialogue with a ‘virtual’ person, or test the effects of their behaviour in a complex environment, as in the case of business games.
