Tutoring and monitoring
To reach the objective and successfully implement the training objectives, the right track must be followed. When it comes to training, both in physical classrooms and on-line, the fundamental element of guidance is provided by the tutor.

Although tutors carry out a number of tasks, their activities can be grouped into two main categories:

| in their training programme, especially from an emotional and personal viewpoint. Tutors must therefore be able to feel any discouragement of individual learners or of the group, encouraging and motivating participants. | |
Simulware’s suggestion is to:
- train/support the company’s members of staff who will work as tutors
- follow the group of tutors from the company and support them in terms of methods and approach with learners
- provide a complete tutoring service through company’s members of staff;
- monitor the development of classrooms and report to on-line tutors.
