Custom courses
“Custom” courses are devised and implemented by Simulware according to the special training needs of customers.
Contents are provided by customers if they relate to company-specific subjects or by Simulware if they have a general scope. In both cases, customers are asked to approve the contents before courses are developed.
Custom courses comprise several Learning Objects organized within a training programme (units and modules).
Learning Objects are “modular” and “self-standing” training resources, and they can be used remotely within various training contexts. They are interactive and easily accessible, and they can be used more than once and updated with no trouble. Moreover, they can stimulate important sensory experiences for learning processes. A proper organization of single Learning Objects leads to “custom” training programmes. Learning Objects must be created to help learners achieve specific learning goals.
Characteristics of a Learning Object
Expository and Experiential Techniques
Simulware’s experience in the sectors of dynamic simulation and the generation of tools for testing and profiling, as well as for video-streaming, provides for a rich, highly customized offer thanks to the availability of a wide range of Learning Objects.
e-learning training programmes comprise several Learning Objects, each corresponding to specific e-learning techniques. They can be expository (multimedia presentations of contents with interactive questions) or experiential (practical exercises for the contents to be learnt, with feedback given according to the kind of interaction and answers provided). After analysing the objectives of the project, specific needs and the budget available, our experts will work out the best solution for your needs, guaranteeing high quality in terms of training, technology and communication.
Simulware deals with both the planning and the development of Learning Objects, and works in close cooperation with content-management experts and technology professionals.
