Sales Simulator

Description
Sales Simulators transform learners into sellers that have to face the requests or objections of a character – or many characters – created according to the target of the product. The objective of Sales Simulators is to keep sale results as high as possible. Sales Simulators invite learners to take on a role – that of a salesperson – and feature photo-realistic graphics and feedbacks at multiple levels:
_ “First impression” level: “customers” react differently according to the agent’s response
_ Training level: the strengths (if any) and consequences of the decisions taken are explained;
_ Global level: learners will always have the option to view their performance indicator, which will show the success or failure of their sales in graphical form

Component	Guidelines
Interaction frequency	Interaction is constant and continuous. Not only does the stage of the “dialogue” with the virtual customer last for the whole training session, it builds its foundations as well
Number of open choices	Learners will always have three options to choose from – more specifically: a totally correct option, a totally wrong one, and a very likely but not fully exhaustive one
Significance of interactions	The interaction level will be high but also very significant, since all answers given by learners will influence their interlocutors’ attitude

Graphics and Animations
The graphics and animations used for Sales Simulators include:
_ Creation of a customized graphical interface
_ Adjustment of the whole environment to the customer’s image
_ Use of photo-realistic characters
_ Use of screens, diagrams and layouts translating presented contents into visual language
_ Use of 2D/3D vector animations
