Description
Simulations consist in reproductions of real situations within software environments. Learners are invited to interact by following given instructions.
Simulations provide learners with first-hand experience of the operations involved, including simulations of decisions and actions – with feedback in the case of mistakes – as well as practical exercises (e.g. business simulations).

Interactivity
Learners are invited to take decisions and determine business parameters.

Graphics and Animations
The graphics and animations used for simulations entail the creation of an interface with customers’ logos or colour patterns.

Multimedia
Simulations are guided by the recorded voice of a professional actor.
