The custom process

When developing a custom course, Simulware’s experts cooperate tightly with your representatives, with a view to creating a product which fully meets your needs.

Our working method is characterised by extensive sharing of the process, although your direct engagement is really limited: two working days of your representatives per training hour.

The custom process steps are:

• Analysis of the training context in cooperation with your representatives to define the objectives of the training programme and the training techniques to be used, and to decide which training instruments are most suitable to your specific needs
• Planning the macrostructure and storyboards (if necessary, in cooperation with a content expert), which will be validated by your representatives
• Development of the graphical look on the basis of your validation (interface and pictures); all graphics and audio commentaries are set up to build all the Learning Objects of the course
• Quality control and testing
• Release of the course in the format requested; support by Simulware’s advisors is also available to manage the delivery of training
• Assessment of training results together with your representatives and verification of attainment of initial objectives
