Purpose
The course supplies target customers with methods to support the delegation of tasks.
Learning objectives
At the end of the course the student will be able to:
- Get to know the main characteristics of delegation in the management of a large organisation
- Learn how managers must delegate to their own collaborators
- Get to know the conditions in which delegation is more efficient
Target students
Company executives, mid-level managers and supervisors interested in improving their delegating skills
