Purpose

Presenting the different systems of analysis of problematic situations and solution-finding techniques, illustrating the decision-making process through the identification of action plans


Learning objectives

At the end of the course the student will be able to:

  • Identify the six stages of the problem-solving process
  • Distinguish different analysis models of problematic situations
  • Apply the techniques of searching for solutions in concrete situations

Executives and company area managers who manage complex situations in which it is useful to know how to apply problem analysis models
