Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 – General training
Purpose
The course supplies the student with skills and tools necessary for learning the principal aspects of Legislative Decree no. 231, dedicated to the administrative responsibilities of juridical persons and public agencies (Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001 and updates).
The course has been produced in collaboration with the experts of the Fiduciary Union. The updates have been managed by the legal office of Attorney Marciani.
Learning objectives
At the end of the course the student will be able to:
- Identify the nature of the responsibilities of public agencies
- Describe the principal functions, characteristics and advantages of the organisational model of the monitoring body
- Identify rules and penalties of the disciplinary system
